Amid the chaos of the developing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Mr. Level is committed to protecting the health and safety of our valued customers and employees.
Because we are a business that offers primarily outside services with minimal human contact, we are confident in our ability to serve our community in a socially responsible way. As we continue our essential work to help our customers repair, protect, and improve their homes, we feel it is important to share with you what additional actions we have taken to help keep everyone safe and healthy and hopefully give you some peace of mind:
- Most of our estimates and concrete leveling jobs can be conducted outside. We never have to enter your home, unless it’s for interior concrete leveling work.
- All of our conversations can be conducted virtually, either by phone or email. For any in-person conversation, we will keep a 6-foot distance.
- We sanitize and disinfect all of our tools, vehicles, and equipment before moving onto our next job.
- As always, we will maintain proper health hygiene and safety procedures.
We will continue to monitor and update our policies as the situation continues to unfold.
